Ceramic Butterflies

The Ceramic Butterfly series by Martinez-Pedrosa Studio is a collection of unique handcrafted pieces that balance delicacy and presence. Each butterfly is individually made in ceramic, carrying subtle variations in texture, form, and finish that make every piece singular.

Available in three sizes—approximately 3", 3.5", and 4" wingspan by 2.5" in height—the butterflies are thoughtfully distributed within each set. The set of 3 includes one of each size, while the set of 6 contains two of each, creating a balanced and harmonious composition.

Designed to exist both on its own and as part of a larger installation, these butterflies can be arranged in expansive groupings, creating dynamic compositions that evoke movement, transformation, and the quiet complexity of the natural world. Whether displayed as a single accent or as an immersive field, the work invites a dialogue between fragility and accumulation, object and environment.
